Spicy tofu & chicken liver

Tofu is made from soybeans. It is high in protein and calcium and well known for its ability to absorb new flavors through spices and marinades. There are two main kinds of tofu, silken or soft tofu, and firm or regular tofu.

Cooking tofu is super easy! you can fry it, and enjoy it with sambal or sweet ketchup. Here is my favorite quick and easy tofu, spicy tofu.
