Dory Fillet in Lemon butter sauce




Ingredients:

Dory Fish fillets
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 small lemon
Salt and pepper

Directions:

* Put butter on a large non-stick frying pan and heat over medium heat. When the butter melts, add the oil. Cut the lemon into quarters, and squeeze the juice from each quarter into the frying pan. Mix lemon juice, butter and oil with a spatula.

* Add the fish to the frying pan, and increase the heat to medium-high. Cook the fish for 4 minutes, then turn over with a spatula and cook on the other side for 4 minutes or until cooked through.

* Put the cooked fish on a plate. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the lemon-butter sauce from the pan over the fish. enjoy with mashed potato and fresh salad.

-Sambal Lado Kepiting-


Kemaren bongkar2 freezer, eh nemu kepiting yg belinya dr desember tahun kemaren hehehe, lupa bgt kalo masih punya kepiting, lagian akhir2 ini juga jarang kedapur :D, kedapur juga kalo laper doank kekeke...
yah dari pada mubazir, syg kalo dibuang, lagian jarang2 bisa makan kepiting (kesian yak) mending dimasak aja, yg cepat dan mudah, abisnya udah kelafferan berat kekeke...
ya udah jadinya disambal ado aja, pokoke gampang n sedapppp :P

Ingredients:
500gr kepiting, bersihkan kemudian rebus hingga matang dan setelah itu goreng sebentar di minyak yg panas, sisihkan.
10 buah cabe merah/hijau, haluskan
1 buah bawang bombay, haluskan
3 siung bawang putih, haluskan
1 cm jahe, haluskan
garam dan gula sesuai selera
minyak utk menumis

Directions:
panaskan minyak dlm kuali, kemudian masukkan semua bahan2 kecuali kepiting, masak hingga harum kemudian tambahkan sedikit air, kemudian tambahkan garam dan gula, dan terakhir masukkan kepiting, masak lagi sekitar 5mnit supaya bumbu meresap.
sedia dihidangkan.

Chilli Crab

After a long long sabar, finally i can enjoy again to eat those crab!

warning, its burn your mouth!



INGREDIENTS:
500 grm crab
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyister sauce
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 spring/green onions, sliced
cooking oil
salt and sugar for taste

DIRECTIONS:
In a pot of boiling water, boil crab for about 10 minutes. set aside.
Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil, then Add garlic, ginger and chili, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add crab and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add sauce, coconut milk and reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, stirring once or twice, until crab is cooked, 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange crab on a serving plate. Pour sauce over all and garnish with green onion.
