Chilli Crab

After a long long sabar, finally i can enjoy again to eat those crab!

warning, its burn your mouth!



INGREDIENTS:
500 grm crab
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 shallots, minced
fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyister sauce
1/2 cup coconut milk
3 spring/green onions, sliced
cooking oil
salt and sugar for taste

DIRECTIONS:
In a pot of boiling water, boil crab for about 10 minutes. set aside.
Place a wok over high heat until hot. Add oil, then Add garlic, ginger and chili, cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
Add crab and stir fry for 2 minutes. Add sauce, coconut milk and reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, stirring once or twice, until crab is cooked, 10 to 15 minutes. Arrange crab on a serving plate. Pour sauce over all and garnish with green onion.
