Ingredients: 4 medium size of tofu, mashed. 2 tbsp anchovies 4 red chille, finely cut 3 tsp small dreid shrimp 2 cloves of garlic, crushed 3 shallots, finely cut 2 medium size of tomatoes, finely cut 2 cm of galanggal finely chopped spring onion, cut into small size 1 lemon grass oyster oil as desired salt and sugar to tasted.
Directions: mix all ingredients in a bowl. then put into banana leaves or foil, steame for about 15 - 20 minutes. and ready to serve.
