Pangsit Goreng / Fried Wonton



Ingredients:
wonton skins
oil for frying
1 egg white

filling:
200 grams minced chicken
150 grams minced prawn
1 green onion, finely chooped
3 garlic, grounded
1 tsp sesame oil
1/2 tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp salt

Method: Mix all ingredients for filling together. Put about one teaspoon filling in the center of wonton skin. Fold then seal edge with egg white. Deep fry at 350 degrees until light brown.

  11. Sehati nih Isha aku juga bikin ini,cuman nggak aku goreng dikukus doang, jadinya siomay deh. Yang ini juga bikin ngilerr.Iya nih sha, lagi kena penyakit M, padahal udah nyetok foto..he..he.
